Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Items must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@NeonCrew.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Our support team will provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. NeonCrew is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
